Tejari reserves the right to examine your use of this Web site and collect information concerning you and your activities on this Web site for purposes of registration on the Exchange, order forms, newsletters, surveys and contests, special offers, site and services updates and any other lawful reason Tejari deems will add value to its services and development.
Tejari respects your privacy and shall take all precautions to ensure that the statements and personal information given by you in the course of your use of the Web site will not be used for purposes other than described in this Agreement.
Tejari may share with its suppliers, alliances, or any third party your name, contact information and any other information necessary to provide you with the services or goods as requested by you. The Third Party is not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services or goods.

Tejari will use the User Data collected from you only in accordance with the following guidelines:

1. To provide the Tejari Exchange to you:
   We will use User Data to provide and improve our e-business service to you, to enable our help desk to deal with any queries you have about our service, to notify you of any changes to our service or our User Conditions, and to process payments.
2. To generate and deal in aggregate data:
   We may provide aggregated data about our Users, sales patterns and related information, to reputable third parties on a commercial basis, but this data will not enable any such third party to identify individual Users or individual businesses.

   We may provide User Data to third party to enable them to assist you to facilitate billing. It does not authorize such third parties to use your data to market its own products or services, but you may have given such consent as part of your direct relationship with the third party in question.
